I bring over 32 years of experience in fleet service, operations, and business development, with a career built on maximizing uptime, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence at scale. I spent 27 years with Ford Motor Company working exclusively in fleet service, where I held key roles including Service Writer, Dispatcher, and Service Manager, developing deep expertise in fleet operations, customer service, and managing high-volume environments. I later joined Mountain F Enterprises as Fleet Manager, overseeing more than 3,000 pieces of equipment, including aerial equipment, chippers, grapples trucks, bucket trucks, Sennebogens, and a wide range of support equipment, with a strong focus on uptime and operational efficiency. I then became a partner at Superior Equipment Repair, where I help lead and scale the business across California and into other states, supporting a team of 50+ employees and more than 30 mobile service trucks. Today, my focus is on business development, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence, backed by a deep understanding of fleet operations. Throughout my career, I’ve built strong, long-term customer relationships and a loyal following based on trust, reliability, and consistent results—relationships that continue to drive growth and opportunity.
