My role is to plan and support events, primarily in Interventional Radiology, but also across broader Medical and Academic Event Management. My responsibilities are: • Communicating with and negotiating with venues, audiovisual providers, catering services, interpreters, hotels, and motorcoach companies. • Proofreading the Programme and all materials for grammar and aesthetics. • Designing the entire experience for faculty, participants, and sponsors. What I enjoy most is on-site management, ensuring each event runs smoothly: calm, discreet, precise, and flexible enough to address needs as they arise. The most valuable thing I offer is my presence within our clients' field of vision, ready to provide solutions that help them stay focused on their Scientific Work.
