- Support Toyota Hellas Repair Network throughout the implementation of the TSM (Toyota Service Management) program. - Implementing operation procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, capacity planning and reduce operational costs as well. - Support Network to apply kaizen (continuous improvement activities) through the TSM program. - Direct reporting to Toyota Motor Europe and Toyota Hellas as well for the progress of the program.
Responsible for profitability, recruitment, training, budgeting, control of expenses, health and safety, marketing and advertising. Managing 22 Staff.
