The supervision of the works on site, coordination between employer’s and subcontractor’s resources, preparation and organization of inspections until their signoff, the management and keeping of daily records and quality documentation according to Employer’s QA/QC system. The management and keeping of the clients document and QA/QC management system, and the management of all project documentation relative to BCAR. Finally, the management of the project’s temporary works designs (from conception, to contact with designers, until their submittal and the supervision of their construction until their signoff on site.
The planning, organization, supervision and surveying support of the main Structure of the project namely the Bridge over Pinios River, a 16 span bridge with prestressed concrete beams of an overall length of 598 m. The qualitative and quantitative control of construction, finding suppliers of materials and orders, control of bills of quantities and final measurements, drafting of certifications of the various subcontractors.
