Specific experience of the role • Providing financial administrative support to two advisers Strong navigation on Xplan. Dealt with client onboarding, assets and protection policies • Sending trading instructions to the investment team – Either to BUY or Sell client assets. Examples include ISA subscriptions, GIA to ISA subscriptions, Pension contributions/drawdown • Strong experience on AJ Bell invest centre – looking at client portfolios (ISAs, GIAs & SIPPs), adviser charging fee structure and general queries regarding portfolio management • Running 12-month valuation reports from different investment providers enabling advisers to summarise the reports in their annual reviews with clients • Actioning new business – referring to advice letter and actioning accordingly • Sending out Tax packs to accountants for clients • Preparing letters of authority and chasing providers for policy information – specifically pensions and investment products • Regular communication with client queries on the phone or via email
