I have vast experience of petrochemical, power station,oil rig topsides, pharmaceutical, cross country pipe lines, water and gas AGI’s, Shut-downs, plus most types of Mechanical & Pipe work Supervision I have worked from isometrics, general arrangements and P&ID drawing etc. I have carried out this work as a Piping Supervisor, Superintendent, Nominated site agent, Site manager and Shut-down Planning Engineer. I have created method statements, risk assessments, dealt with material and manpower requirements and liased with clients and subcontractors alike.
Piping supervisor for client. Initial responsibility supervision of contractors onsite and offsite piping fabrication workshops, Later supervising installation of pipe spools on the topside to completion of systems on Nightshift and then dayshift, witnessing and signing off Tests Punch lists ,and signing off for hand over to commissioning.
Regenerator and Reactor turnaround. Responsibilities supervising piping contractors through to completion.
