The scope of responsibilities was very extensive and included data mining, data engineering, creation of a data model, legal & compliance (e.g., legal hold, national and global retention periods). Define archive location acceptance of certificates, analysis and modification of work processes (core processes, support processes, management processes), including processes originated from front-end applications (creation of documents: contracts, communications with customer or business partners, evaluations, offers, documents from judicial cases, etc.). The processes were based on: ISO 15489, OAIS, GeBüV, GDPR, DSG, and internal regulations. Analysis and implementation of data format adjustments (AFP, 1403 up to web and Office formats).
