Heinrich boasts broad experience and expertise in various categories including Healthcare, Financial Services and Government Initiatives. Since assuming the role of President, I have led the agency in consistent year-over-year growth during a period of significant category consolidation and disruption. I have: Expertly recruited and retained elite talent, melding large agency, big brand, and integrated marketing experience. Created a culture focused on the importance of delivering an exceptional client experience, which has contributed to a high level of client retention and above-industry-standard client tenures. Guided the successful transition from a direct marketing shop to a fully integrated advertising agency, which has developed several of the most successful, longest running activation and loyalty campaigns to date for several clients, most notably Macy’s. Successfully led expansion into the Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and Government verticals, most recently turning Healthcare into a core competency of the agency in less than eight years. Launched a multicultural division, Hispanidad, which is focused on reaching multicultural demographics, specifically the significant Hispanic audience.
Established a new division focused on rapid turn, lower price point marketing services to target mid-sized clients with modest marketing spends. Staffed the division with talent capable of executing across multiple service areas to ensure revenue remained profitable despite lower margins. At the same time, developed new product concepts that were sold to multiple clients, resulting in additional higher margin services. The agency doubled revenue and increased gross margin in the three years I managed the division.
Successfully led a team of production management professionals to execute large volume, highly complex direct mail campaigns for multiple national clients. The team effectively managed more than 30 million pieces of direct mail annually for national brands like Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Wells Fargo.
Headed up client services, leading a team of account management professionals to steward client relationships and execute all campaigns through the agency. I was responsible for ensuring that all work was completed on-time and within budget, and that everything was measured for effectiveness to justify the ROI of marketing spends. The team achieved a more than 200 percent increase in organic revenue during my tenure.
