Currently working on the Customer Success team at Stripe. As a CSM, I provide enterprise customers with strategic planning and consulting to help their programs grow and succeed. Previously, I served as a Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager at Qualtrics. I went to school at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for BioEngineering and have a background in Healthcare IT and Integration Services. I love fishing, hockey, and (trying to get better at) golf.
