During my years as a medical student I have conducted a noteworthy academic performance participating in both clinical and research programs. The six year period of studying medicine has cultivated my organizing skills, practical knowledge and my social skills regarding approaching/ treating patients. Throughout my academic career I have developed a passion for the surgical area of expertise. Thus, the last 4 years I have voluntarily entered operation rooms as an observer and assistant in several occasions, familiarizing myself with the procedures and environment. My participation in various clinical programs, summer schools and research activities constitute great proof of my strong determination and passion regarding Medicine. Prioritizing a detailed and responsible approach to tasks, as well as working effectively in a team with my colleagues and fellow students was of great significance. Lastly, through my interaction with patients, I have developed a strong feeling of responsibility regarding the quality and safety of the treatment provided to the patients, while working with my colleagues in order to provide the best level of care.
