I've won over 30 industry awards including CANNES GOLD LION and DMA GRAND PRIX. I’m a multi-award-winning Creative Director and Ideas Specialist with over 20 years’ experience developing clear, engaging concepts across education, community, youth and purpose-led sectors — as well as for major commercial brands. I’ve always been a hands-on creative who enjoys getting stuck into the work. Whether I’m helping a team clarify their message, shape a concept or find a simple idea at the heart of a complex challenge, I bring a calm, collaborative and down-to-earth approach. Over my career I’ve won more than 30 industry awards, including a Cannes Lions Gold and a DMA Grand Prix, but I’m just as comfortable working on smaller projects where clear ideas and human communication matter most. I’ve led creative departments, supported multidisciplinary teams and worked across integrated channels — above, through and online. Alongside agency work, I’ve taught creative development at Boston University London and mentored students at LCCA, Solent University, Central St Martins, Bucks New University and Jolt Academy. What I’m particularly good at: Idea development Messaging clarity Concept shaping Creative problem solving Narrative and campaign thinking Mentoring and supporting creatives I believe in creativity that helps people understand things more easily — whether that’s for students, communities, charities, local organisations or brands. (And I dabble in stand-up comedy, but that’s probably not the deciding factor.)
