-Oversee a team of four Finance Business Partners for the four main business units and a team of four Accountants for the preparation of all Board & Executive Team Reporting and Group Budgeting; -Prepare all Investor Relations materials and manage any investor queries; -Carry out due diligence of any acquisition target, execute SPA and financial integration of all acquisitions; and -Administer the Group’s EMTN Program.
