Currently working strategically across a small subset of clients, successfully delivering on large and complex initiatives in alignment with the business objectives to achieve the highest ROI. I'm passionate about building valuable, long-term relationships and prefer to position myself and the wider team as an extension of my clients' technology and procurement teams, bringing the highest levels of service in the industry. As a testament to this, I received the prestigious company-wide Account Manager of the Month award twice in H1 of this FY and Account Manager of the half year for my tenacity and dedication to supporting my clients. Alongside my role as an Account Manager, I lead a successful team of 5 graduates and apprentices within the first 18 months of their careers at Softcat, providing them with coaching and mentorship to exceed personal growth and business goals. One of my career highlights was seeing my team awarded the best performing team at the end of our last financial year. As part of the management team at Softcat, I hold additional responsibilities, including candidate evaluations, conducting assessment centres, and interviews. I also attend our management meetings and contribute ideas to ensure we remain one of the UK's top workplaces.
