Highlights: -GVTC Fiber was rated #1 in the United States and #3 in the world on the Netflix ISP Speed Index in March 2020 -Industry leading NPS scores by leading my teams to make network tweaks, change installation practices and improve repair processes with a focus on the customer experience -Designed and managed GVTC's FTTH Brownfield Overbuild Program that has overbuilt copper plant to over 40,000 rooftops -Initiated the creation of Our System First for WiFi which ensures our industry leading router is the first device in the home resulting in a better customer experience and reduced repair issues -Strategic management of over $350M in capital spending -Lead my teams to build and operate a unique wholesale network focused on cell tower backhaul with multiple partners across the state and multiple handoffs to our carrier customers Key Responsibilities -Design, implement, operate and grow all of GVTC's networks to include FTTx, Wholesale, Copper, and Hybrid Fiber Coax(HFC) as well all of the underlying transport, routing and DWDM networks -All aspects of Outside Plant including design, construction, Right of Way, Inspection and Mapping -Ensure our installation and repair teams are professional, efficient and effective in producing a great customer experience on every repair or installation -Service and Repair Call Center management -Leadership of over 60% of GVTC's amazing employees -Development and management of the CAPEX budget with annual totals ranging from $20M to $28M -Manage the largest divisional expense budget with a strategic focus -Network Division Strategic Plan development to efficiently evolve the network -Inventory, supply chain and warehouse management -Manage the care, growth and maintenance of 100+ buildings and 150+ vehicles

Responsible for the engineering of all ALLTEL switches both wireless(60+) and wireline(1000+). Also, responsible for CO equipment design, voice mail platforms, generators, batteries, power systems and capital budget of $20M+.
Responsible for the planning, engineering and operation of Alltel's SS7 network supporting for wireless and wireline communications to include call setup, calling features, Local Number Portability, Caller ID and Caller Name.
Responsible for planning, engineering and operations of ALLTEL's SS7 Network with primary focus on maximizing the usefulness and efficiency of the network. Implemented over 400 switch additions, CNAME, LNP, and numerous direct connections to SS7 partners to reduce expenses. CAPEX buget management of $10M annually.
