· Build, grow and lead the customer service team for EMEA · Management, coordination and execution of ressource planning of those employees · Supports and implements the overall service strategy, assures goals and KPI’s for the division in EMEA region. · Technical, sensoric, process and business wise educationand support of our distributors’ and service partners key technicians: o Provision of tailor made coffee machine trainings in headquarters, regional Franke Coffee Systems showrooms or workshops, at customer sites in EMEA or online. o Ensure continuous know-how transfer (e.g. technical updates) to distributors and service partners as well as feedback flow o Provision of standards and consulting on preventative maintenance programs and spare- parts stocking · Provision of hotline support to our distributors’ and service partners’ Key Technicians · Coordination of technical, sensory, process and business related questions, ticket management in SAP · Provision of technical sales support o Technical consulting of the sales force and customers o Support of high priority machine tests and solving of specific technical issues o Support of trade fair presence · Active participation in the product quality improvement process · Establishing of a knowledge database for troubleshooting · Integration of IoT/telemetry projects · Service Network Controlling & Audit: execution of service performance audits of our distributors and service partners, therefore regular visits of our partners to ensure the Franke Service standards
• Technical support for our trading partners, global accounts and subsidiaries • Regular exchange of experience with the service managers of our partners and subsidiaries • Consulting, support, control and auditing of our partner service organisations • Integration of IoT/telemetry projects • Conducting training courses at home and abroad in the spirit of ‘train the trainer’ • Organising and ensuring technical support • Active management of the hotline • Maintaining partner relationships
Verantwortlich für den Ausstoss der Linie, in qualitativer, kostenmässiger und terminlicher Hinsicht, gemäss Vorgaben. Personalverantwortung von 15 Mitarbeitern. Produktionsplanung gemäss rollierender Planung. Sicherstellen der Qualität und Effizienz im Verantwortungsbereich. Auftragsprüfung / Bereitstellen der Papiere. Kontakt zur Entwicklung, Q-Management, AVOR und Logistik. Mitarbeit in produktionsinternen Projekten.
