The projects include high-tech facilities in microelectronics, pharmaceutical and other industrial fields in Germany, Singapore, USA, Russia, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Thailand, Israel, China, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic and Hungary. Georg Weber has vast experience in handling all project phases and project elements relevant for the construction management. From constructability design reviews and safety construction reviews through site preparation, site construction management of an own supervisory team and all involved subcontractors and vendors, site safety management, start up, qualification management and hand over to the owner. He has profound knowledge of the site reporting systems under consideration of all parties involved in the construction work.
