Building a network of 1000 fast charging stations across Europe. My team is managing the grid connection and construction of all new stations, as well as the supply chain, materials and engineering.
Negotiated purchasing prices and cost improvement ideas with 40+ suppliers from Europe, the United States and Brazil and implemented cost analysis in three new commodities Recruited two FTEs and managed team of three in Germany and France leading them to drive down material costs by USD 1.5M annually Advocated for and put in place cross-functional plan to establish cost transparency in production tools resulting in immediate savings of 20% Coordinated CPO’s (Chief Purchasing Officer) global cost down initiative maximizing bottom line contribution of purchasing in 2016
