I work at the intersection of operations, leadership, and sport, building structures that enable complex events and teams to perform under pressure. As Head of Sport and Deputy General Manager at Ekstremsportveko, I operate in a high-intensity, multi-sport environment where clarity, coordination, and execution are critical. I lead operational planning and delivery across multiple disciplines, focusing on logistics, risk management, team structure, and consistent execution in demanding event settings. My leadership approach is calm, structured, and hands-on. I focus on creating clear frameworks, aligning people and priorities, and enabling teams to perform reliably in dynamic and time-critical environments. Much of my work involves coordinating across stakeholders, partners, federations, and large volunteer-based organizations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. My background comes from competitive skiing, including time on the Norwegian National Mogul Team, which shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, and decision-making under pressure. I continue to work close to athletes and event environments where precision, safety, and execution matter. Alongside my professional role, I am currently pursuing part-time studies in Sustainable Economics and Management, focusing on organizational development, resource management, and long-term operational sustainability.
