  • Assistant Manager (Box Office Systems) at Royal Albert Hall
    Apr 2015 - Apr 2016 · 1 yr 1 mo

This was a critical support role within a busy Box Office team of more than 80 people. I was the first port of call for the resolution of issues relating to the organisation’s ticketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Tessitura, working across departments and very closely with IT. This often entailed getting complex ideas across in an approachable way, explaining technical features and solutions to end users. I helped to ensure that systems (and associated hardware) were working well to deliver maximum business benefit. I was also responsible for ensuring staff were fully trained in use of the software and ran training sessions and workshops to this end.
