My background spans manufacturing, supply chains and complex operational environments, with over four decades of hands-on leadership experience at executive and board level. I typically support a small number of organisations on a retained basis — providing constructive commercial challenge, decision support and practical execution, rather than reports that sit on shelves. My work increasingly focuses on helping leaders and boards balance immediate commercial pressures with long-term organisational resilience, governance and future readiness. I am particularly interested in supporting owner-managed and founder-led businesses navigating scale, margin pressure, leadership transition or investor preparedness.
