As head of industrialization (between R & D and production), my role is to develop the production of new products and processes in a continuing effort to reduce costs and increase the security. o Cost reduction: improvement of workflow / investments (Mechanical machining, surface treatment, paints, special process) o Management: tool designer and technician in charge of process instructions o Risk analysis of special processes, especially in the pyrotechnic department o Writing manufacturing and quality control instructions o Searching / buying / commissioning new machines o Writing specifications, selecting and monitoring of the suppliers o Retrofit of old machines, setting new quality machine control, o automation of new fully automated assembly lines o Budget : up to several M€ - Delivering time : 3 months to 2 years o Lean manufacturing – 6 sigma (Green Belt) o Collaboration with laboratories and research centers for new processes o Interactions with project manager / planning / purchasing / production / R & D
