Executive Coach & Leadership Advisor | Helping Senior Leaders Align Who They Are, How They Lead, and How Their Teams Execute | CEO, WeAlign

About

Most leadership problems are not skill problems. They are alignment problems. Senior leaders rarely struggle because they lack intelligence, motivation, or experience. More often, they struggle because the demands of the role have changed and the way they’ve always led no longer fully fits what the moment requires. That misalignment can show up as: ➡️ communication friction ➡️ decision fatigue ➡️ team tension ➡️ stakeholder complexity ➡️ executive presence challenges ➡️ stalled trust or execution What looks like a performance issue is often an alignment issue. That’s the work I do. I help senior leaders align who they are, how they lead, and what their role now requires so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness. My work is grounded in what I call the Leadership Operating Blueprint: a strategic framework that helps leaders understand: • how they are wired • where they create leverage • where they unintentionally create drag • how their leadership impacts trust, communication, and execution • what needs to evolve as their scope and responsibility increase Before becoming the CEO at WeAlign, I spent over 30 years as a U.S. Army officer and a corporate manager, leading in high-responsibility environments where trust, clarity, and execution mattered. Today, I bring that experience into executive coaching and leadership advisory work with leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth. I’m especially helpful for leaders who are: • stepping into broader leadership responsibility • moving from expert to executive • carrying more organizational complexity than they were built for before • trying to lead with greater intentionality and less friction My approach is practical, reflective, and grounded in how leadership actually works under pressure. This is not generic coaching. It is a strategic thought partnership for leaders carrying real responsibility. If you’re navigating a leadership transition, increased complexity, or recurring friction in how you lead or how your team executes, feel free to reach out. 📩 Message me here on LinkedIn
