The experience I have came from working on Firsthaven Farm in rural Wayne County, Ohio. I knew that with agriculture being an ever changing field that I must learn to adapt, this is where my technology interest was sparked. I love working with groups and motivating them to best better leaders and people.
Teach classes in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources, Livestock, Food Science, Business Management, Home Improvement, and Mechanical Principles. Oversee the Buckeye FFA Chapter of 65 members. 11 American Degrees, 18 State Degrees, 2 Top 4 Proficiency Finalists, 1 State Proficiency Winner, 1 National Silver Medal Proficiency Finalist, and 5 Top 5 CDE Teams.
As a team member, I assisted customers in product selection, education of product use, worked with management to increase sales and worked alongside others to make the team more closely knit.
Lead a team of 12 under the direction of the store manager. Hit record sales during the time leading the team. Increase of private label credit cards, loyalty program, and power plus add ons. Stepped down from the position due to store transfer and restart of school.

Worked at The Ohio State University - Wooster Campus as a painter and maintenance worker. Transferred to the Columbus Campus where I worked in a construction shop, and for the Office of Student Life moving service.
