Deliver and achieve Key Result Area (KRA) I.e Recruiting , Developing New Directors and Sales and other Key Result Area (KRA) deemed critical by the company. Effectively implement and work on Sales force buy in and deliver results of sales force promotion and programs. Maintain good and effective rapport between the Company and the Sales Force to ensure implementation of Company’s Policies, Guidelines, Ethical Marketing and philosophy
Identify potential location and the setting up of a Business Centre by reviewing the demography of potential area. Guiding Business Centre on their day to day operation, or any related matters pertaining to Business Centre operation. To Conduct annual profit/loss for Business Centre and suggest remedies for those under performed Centre. Stock Management which include quarterly allocation revision for all 95 Business Centres which include reviewing their sales/recruiting as well as mobilizing fast selling goods to regional warehouses to avoid stock out. Conduct Annual Stock take at Business Centre and Company Main Warehouse. Attend to enquiries from Directors/Consultants/Customers pertaining to the company sales/marketing/operational matters. Ad Hoc: a) Create and Implement Standard of Procedure for Feedback Form and Customer Complaint. b) Order Processing system and operation improvement.
International Branch Set up which invovled geographical analysis as well as competitor analysis. After which we will plan and implement the product(s) that we need to prioritize based on market demand as well as adhered to country policies. By comparing marketing plan implenented in neighbouring branch, amend and introduce suitable Compensation Plan as well as recomment costing of products based on Retail and MLM competitors. Review warehouse and Office location, rental and recommend for approval. To engage and build repo with local leaders and support them with products/tools to build the market. Monitor Profit/Loss and suggest stratery for improvement, not limited to introducing international Leaders, New products, regional training and Marketing Projects.
