-Create and implement new process around the business need's -Test and develop new technologies -Provision end user equipment by following preestablished guidelines -Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP WMS to understand the front-line worker needs -Basic knowledge of network process onsite to assist the network engineering team -Customer service skills to communicate effectively with site leadership and front-line workers -Consultation on site specific projects to bring awareness to what departments need to be involved
-Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and reporting findings -Investigating business process issues, developing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance system performance and efficiency. -Maintaining and controlling master data to ensure accuracy and integrity. -Participating in system development projects to build quality and controls into the system.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and the maintenance of thin clients, PCs, mc32n0 scanners, 1911i scanners, and Motorola xpr3500/2500 series radios. • Expert at configuring, deployment, and maintenance of mobile carts, SLAM stations, Gift Wrap stations in a fulfillment center environment. • Experience in using WAMS reporting metrics in regards to RF Scanners to track the daily use/nonuse of IT equipment. • Proficient at managing trouble tickets through resolution or escalation in a timely manner while providing the ultimate customer service experience. • Assist engineers and technicians on projects throughout the facility to learn the next level processes. • Proficient at the maintenance and troubleshooting of laser and thermal printers, to include but not limited to; Zebra ZD620’s, Zebra ZD420’s, HP laser jet printers, etc. • Experience in maintaining inventory management and asset tracking using STUFF • Knowledgeable in creation of RMA tickets and procurement of repaired/new equipment through vendors and outside resources.
• Operates a company and/or leased vehicle, meeting safety and DOT standards • Conducts service visits in customer's homes delivering, relocating, assembling and repairing products to specifications with an expectation to personify Sleep Number’s customer experience standards • Accurately reports work completion or status of assignments that were unable to be completed, including reason, reschedule information and follow up required • Ensures that all work is conducted in an efficient, quality and professional manner • Ensures all standard operating procedures are adhered to; commits to training path to keep up with our ever evolving product line
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team member assigned to the store and working jointly with the district manager for recruiting, testing, and hiring. • Ensure the store is organized and running according to company's policies and procedures. All employees are aware of any updates from the corporate office at store meeting. • Implement loss prevention procedures. Also maintain building grounds and the trucks used by employees for deliveries. • Provide the inventory control department with accurate inventory to reduce shrink and reduce missing inventory at the store through Product counts and invoicing everything that comes in properly.
