I am a focused and positive senior manager with more than 30 years’ experience working in logistics, transport and warehousing, contract management, trade union negotiations, redundancy consultation management, network transformation and budget ownership and control. I am an ex-serviceman with a proven record of delivering results, developing strong Logistics Operations and Service and Account Management Teams in the FMCG sector. I have led teams to deliver operational excellence through a collaborative approach which empowers individuals to continually improve and constructively challenge the status quo, boosting their overall productivity and that of the wider business.
