Managed Rod and Bar Mills and roll/guide shops. Managed Hot Strip Mill Roll Grinding Department.
Introduced Slit rolling to the Bar Mill. Designed and commissioned several special and "added value " products to the Bar Mill. Responsible for the purchase of a Pomini Finishing "Red-Ring" continuous 6 stand finishing train fed by a 16" Cross-country roughing/intermediate mill. Also purchased and commissioned a CNC roll turning lathe capable of finishing channel, angle and round rolls to high tolerances.
