  STEP leader for A/C modifications driven by industrial needs and/or technical objectives. Drumbeat, follow-up and monitoring of major engineering activities and milestones with end-to-end approach. EVM methodology application to steer the modifications and to measure relative performance. Data storage & feeding, needs collection, identification of KPIs for report & relevant decisions, development and evolution of modifications tools, training sessions. Preparation, organization and coordination of technical meeting, focused on engineering data, assessing the technical aspects, and supporting all phases of Change Process.

• Project Manager - Engineering Configuration Management Coordinator at ATR
  

  The Engineering Configuration Management Coordinator is responsible to define and manage the technical part of the CM Processes, guarantee the deployment and adherence of the processes and drive continuous improvement of the process's performance, define and set up Technical Configuration Management Methods, Processes and related Tools that define, plan, schedule and organize CM activities in the program/project context over the entire lifecycle. Provide operational support on all Technical Configuration Management processes and tools.

  Preparation, organization and coordination of Engineering Modification Panel meeting, focused on engineering data, assessing the technical aspects, and supporting all phases of Change Process. Monitoring of Modification engineering execution and expediting of engineering data with the respect to EMP and/or CB decision. Management of engineering data documentations: relative visibility, creation/control and sending of documentation to Program Department.
