I build supply chains that enable infrastructure at scale. Currently, I work in Procurement Operations and Submittals Management at Amazon Web Services supporting power and cooling infrastructure for one of AWS’s largest data center clusters. My role sits at the intersection of procurement, engineering, and construction execution, where I manage long lead equipment procurement, supplier collaboration, and submittals alignment to ensure design readiness and on time delivery across fast paced data center builds. Working closely with Material Managers, Global Category Managers, Design Engineering, and Construction teams, I focus on translating technical infrastructure requirements into scalable procurement execution. The goal is to improve process reliability, accelerate supplier engagement, and support AWS’s rapid infrastructure expansion. My background combines engineering, strategy, and execution. I hold a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Mechanical Engineering degree from IIT BHU. This combination allows me to connect analytical thinking with practical execution, using data, supplier strategy, and operational discipline to solve complex infrastructure sourcing challenges. Before AWS, I worked at JSW Group, a global industrial conglomerate, where I led cross functional initiatives across sourcing, operations, and supply chain transformation. My work included supplier development, contract negotiations, and procurement driven operational improvements that strengthened cost efficiency and supply continuity. Those experiences built a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and shaped how I approach scalability and resilience in supply chains. I am especially interested in the evolving data center landscape, including power and cooling infrastructure, long lead equipment strategy, supplier ecosystems, and the link between technology and industrial execution. Over time, I aim to grow into leadership roles where procurement becomes a strategic enabler for infrastructure growth and innovation. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds. Travel and cultural experiences have helped me build adaptability, empathy, and curiosity, qualities that influence how I collaborate and lead. I am always open to connecting with people interested in infrastructure, strategic sourcing, and supply chain innovation.
Key accomplishments include: • Led a team of 6, analyzing last 4-years of service spend data, identifying top 5 drivers of off-contract expenditure, mitigating procurement costs by integrating spend pattern benchmarks, thereby revising contract clauses resulting in $5M annual savings • Developed an AI chatbot on CITGO network, trained on 3,500+ Oil & Gas contracts to address traditional manual processes, providing procurement managers with tailored recommendations that reduce off-contract spending risks & improve supplier compliance • Facilitated weekly Scrum meetings with key stakeholders across 4 departments and essential contractors to drive the implementation of identified purchasing process improvements and secure stakeholder buy-in
