During my time at Oddle as an Operations Lead, I analysed operational efficiency metrics to improve processes, leading to a massive 318.5% increase in average earnings per delivery over a 4-month window with the help of a team of 5 associates in logistics and operations management. I managed to secured a new logistic partnership which significantly reduced average delivery costs by 13.7%. In addition, mutually beneficial partnerships between logistics partners and clients were established through detailed cost-benefit analysis.

I also manage all social media accounts of the company to spur and maintain customers' engagement rates. I am also responsible for crafting SEO optimised, interesting and informational blog posts about the tourism climate in China. Equipped with a strong understanding of data analysis, I utilise Google Analytics to keep track of, and fine-tune my marketing efforts. I also liase with potential partners whom can work together with Jetbay to bring our services to more travellers. In the month of December 2015, I co-led and executed a one-week technology immersion programme in Beijing for Singapore Management University participants, effectively establishing business relations for all parties involved. Through my marketing efforts, social media engagement rates have increased by 87.5% from September 2015 to December 2015.
