• Supported team with additional compensation and HRIS workload resulting from merger of Rentokil and Terminix. This entailed a migration of HRIS databases from UKG to Workday and later migration of compensation duties from CompXL platform to Xactly. • Worked to achieve pay frequency harmonization. Through extensive and laborious efforts our team managed to bring all employees eligible for production incentive onto a weekly payroll frequency while maintaining SLA standards of 99% accuracy in payments without missing any payroll dates. • Responsible for accurate and timely payment of incentive earnings to a national team of over 3000 eligible employees across 3 different compensation plans with varying payroll frequencies. • Served as primary point of contact for both in-field technicians, regional management regarding, and HR business partners all things related to incentive compensation. Performed ad hoc earnings adjustments within SLA guidelines to ensure accuracy in incentive payments and end user satisfaction. • Provided regular and ad hoc reporting for HRIS management, HR business partners, and regional field managers on incentive earnings ensuring SOX compliance in all reporting as well as HRIS databases on Workday. • Routinely test and research CompXL and Xactly compensation platforms implementing changes where necessary to improve efficiency and accuracy. Rebuilt calculation parameters, reporting tools, and distribution methods to dramatically improve accuracy. This led to a 30% downtick in off-cycle earnings adjustments submitted over an 18-month period.
• Project lead on the implementation and rollout of Spiff platform that improved transparency, accuracy, and accessibility of commissions. Prior to Spiff sales personnel could not access periodic commissions until statements were released one week prior to payroll. This caused a logjam of adjustment requests during a time crunch and over time a deterioration of trust from supported teams. We worked to create a system that was intuitive for both admins and end users and delivered real time commission statement updates and transparency into calculations as well as a simplified ticketing system and flexible reporting functionality that met the needs of internal stakeholders. Spearheaded the rollout of this platform and trained end users to effectively use necessary tools leading to great improvements in confidence from supported teams. • Sole owner of end-to-end sales compensation process reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and CFO, covering a global team of 200 salespeople on 9 different compensation plans. • Worked cross-functionally with finance, sales, and HR to pay commissions on a monthly and quarterly basis ensuring visibility, accuracy, and timeliness to maintain SLA standards. • Primary point of contact for sales team, answering any commission related inquiries and making ad hoc adjustments in offcycle payrolls. • Developed sales compensation plans during year-end planning to attract and retain top sales talent, drive revenue growth in targeted markets, and achieve desired financial goals while staying within budget constraints. • Provided reporting to sales personnel, sales managers, finance, and executive management, ensuring SOX compliance, and built tools to meet the reporting needs of stakeholders on compensation platforms where necessary.
