About

As Dame Anita Roddick once said, "There is no power on earth apart from business capable of making the changes we desperately need for the continued survival of the planet." This is why I believe that real, systemic and effective change comes from industry first, driven by leaders like us. Founders in particular are driven by a unique calling. My journey began on a self-sufficient farm in Hampshire, later discovered to be an Iron Age Roundhouse settlement. I was one of the lucky ones; I discovered my passion for 'Roundhouses' (small circular buildings), and designed, built and scaled a beautiful little company called "Rotunda" which echoed my aspirations for a better world. The company still exists today. I exited in 2022 due to irreconcilable shareholder differences over ethics. Ethics is, and always will be, my North Star. I now distill the wisdom gained through my journey to help others on theirs. Whether you're starting out or growing your ethical enterprise, I offer: - Motivational speaking and seminars - One-to-one coaching - Consulting for non-profits and trusts - Mentorship for hesitant entrepreneurs - Fractional Marketing & Strategy partnership I report to my one and only shareholder. Planet Earth. If my work is not actively contributing to re-wilding, re-generating, conserving or supporting nature and the wellbeing of wildlife & the freedom of indigenous human beings; I cannot pursue it. I advocate integrating nature preservation into your business's core, engaging customers, empowering your team, and boosting profitability. Let's collaborate, create and scale your ideas together.
