Policy Sales: Sell life insurance to existing customers of Max. Target Achievement: Achieve the set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Meetings scheduled: Daily align 2 or 4 meetings with the exiting customers. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with the corporate channel's customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product solutions.
• Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination, Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment. • HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, generate regular reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave balances) for management. • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of business operations, agreements, employee files, and administrative documentation, Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies. • HR Process Automation & Efficiency: Streamline and optimize HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination), Implement HRIS or other automation tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. • Support to HR & Operations Teams: Support operations processes like timesheets, facility access, and internal communication. • Coordination: Coordinating with other Department to ensure seamless Operations. • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of policy details and customer information on a daily basis on the system and monthly bases Business then report to Manager. • Policy & Administration: Handling Policy issuance, KYC documents, policies login process on Portals, WIP, issuance handling including renewals
• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employee joining formalities, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and exits. • Employee Engagement & Communication: Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal events, ensure smooth internal communication and promote a positive work culture. • HR Policy Implementation & Compliance: Implement and explain HR policies and procedures to employees and Ensure compliance with labour laws and support audits or inspections. • Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor attendance, leaves, and punctuality through HRMS, Assist in monthly payroll inputs including leaves, overtime, and reimbursements.• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employee joining formalities, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
