Consulting, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Training services covering a wide area of engagements for both private and governmental organizations. Over the last years I have become more interested and involved in roles like Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, Business- and Functional Analysis. Independently of my role, customer satisfaction is a major driver for my well functioning.
Product Owner for ServiceNow ITSM and Microfocus uCMDB. Both solutions replaced the homegrown legacy IT Service Management toolset and are crucial components in the transformation of BP&S into a Service Oriented Organization. Implementation was performed in close co-operation with an external partner applying an Agile/Scrum approach.
- As Service Performance Manager I guided internal partners in delivery of Service Management related documents (Service Levels, Operating Plans, Service Models, Change Models …). - As Process Owner IT Service Continuity Management I assisted internal partners in creating IT Continuity Plans underpinning their Business Continuity Plans. Being a member of the BP&S Disaster Coordination Team I took responsibility of the overall coordination of the disaster recovery exercise performed early 2018.
