Develop test applications for on ATE for mixed-signal products. Optimization of production test times. Prepare hardware and software with close colaboration with design and DFT (Design for Test)
Design and development of both software and hardware for power mangement ICs for Teradyne Iflex and Uflex.. Support Design verification and silicon characterization. Implement, correlate and release of a reliable test solution and support of mass production ramp up. Maintenance and improvement of production test setups during product lifetime .
Develop test applications for on ATE platforms Teradyne test systems (Catalyst, J750 & uFlex) mainly for mixed-signal products. Design IC device test load board circuits and test handler interface circuits.
