At Heineken Hungary, with the 450 of us, every day we do our utmost best to serve our consumers the most loved beer brands of the country. In our innovative brewery in Sopron we brew top quality beers, such as our Hungarian pride Soproni, but also the worldly renowned Heineken Premium lager is brewed in the “town of loyalty”. As Sales Director Europe I was part of the global commerce team. In this role my main focus was to grow the performance of the sales function across Europe. By being a constructive business partner for all European management teams and specifically the sales directors, we developed in each market world class sales in terms of strategies, capabilities, and execution standards. In this role I also supported the development of some of our key commercial strategies. Like our B2B e-commerce strategy and our Global Revenue Management Model, both in close collaboration with some of the world's best consultancy firms. Obviously in this role I travelled a lot, and visited every single country in Europe. And by now I have a pretty good understanding where to go for an ice-cold Heineken, or where to hang out to have a great meal with the best view, per each capital city of Europe, price-less ;)
