As ESG Director, I will lead the development and implementation of Nipro's environmental, social and governance strategies. The role includes the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement an ESG reporting (EU-CSRD) and strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values, ensuring we have a positive impact on the environment and society while maintaining strong governance practices. - Lead initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint, promote social responsibility and improve our governance framework. - Engage with all stakeholders, including employees, investors, customers and the community, to promote transparency and accountability in our ESG efforts. - Monitor and report on our ESG performance to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and to demonstrate our progress and achievements.
Governance and design to enable execution of Diageo’s Global GHG Scope 3 strategy, inline with Diageo’s 2030 Spirit of Progress ambition. The job include: • Develop and maintain a robust, global strategic framework and performance reporting • Coach, guide and support the procurement teams and supplier as they pursue GHG reductions • Engage externally with suppliers and other stakeholders to positive influence Diageo’s reputation and build partnerships and alliances.
• Lead on the 2030 climate Science based target governance, roll out to 9 operating units, 200 bottling partners. • Building system capabilities on Climate & Carbon footprint strategies & accounting. • Governance & develop programs on renewable energy & resource efficiency • Technical development & governance of the supplier engagement program. • Manage the global life cycle analyses activities across the value chain, including ingredients, packaging and cold drink equipment’s. • Co-lead the Coca-Cola Global Environment Council and operationalizing sustainability across the bottling system. • Enable the digitization journey of the Coca-Cola system with respect to sustainability data.
• Lead the Global Climate protection programs to improve sustainable operation in line with our 2020 roadmap and beyond. • Provide Leadership & capability building on Environment Footprint & life cycle analyses and methodology. • Steward on-going engagement of key internal and external stakeholders to evolve sustainability strategy and policy to meet changing business needs. • Governance & develop programs on water & energy stewardship for over 800 plant locations (200 Bottling Partners).
Lead the TCCC Europe group programs to improve sustainability in line with our 2020 roadmap. Driving our “lean” (reduced cost) and “green” (reduced environment impact) European sustainability agenda, by working closely with the bottling system, business units, NGOs, customer teams, suppliers, and academia. Provide Leadership & guidance in establishing the European Environment Footprint roadmaps for 2020. Governance & develop programs on water & energy stewardship for over 100 plant locations (10 Bottling partners)
• Development of high purity packaging for the Semiconductor industry, from bottles till isotainer. • Co-ordination of the worldwide packaging team. • Support customers with the startup of new products. • Solving customer issues related to packaging. • Development and research of new packaging systems for new products /requirements. • Commercialise of new product introductions. • Governance EOSH at external European Operations • Develop /Co-ordinate risk studies on chemical installations. • Supplier audits and safety audits of European warehouses.
