I manage the Pre-Roll Program and lead cross-team projects that support consistent, transparent valuation practices across Calgary’s non-residential portfolio. My work focuses on connecting data and strategy, preparing assessment-base forecasts, budget inputs, and Council reports, guiding teams through complex issues, and sharing results through clear, meaningful presentations. I’m passionate about collaboration, continuous improvement, and helping ensure our communication with interested parties reflects accuracy, fairness, and trust.
I lead the development and ongoing management of 4-Year Infrastructure Investment Plans for the Waste & Recycling Services and Stormwater lines of service, while also contributing to the creation of long-range 10-Year Plans. I work closely with Finance to support budget development and rate setting, and oversee the Stage Gating process to help ensure projects are prioritized and delivered effectively. I supervise a small team and collaborate with colleagues in Project Design and Project Delivery to support capital planning that aligns with Council direction and meets service needs.
