The goal is simple: increase revenue productivity, improve margins, and help teams move faster without adding headcount just to keep up.     Blue Vibrato worked closely with Expedia Affiliate Network and their partners Onyx Payments and Sabre Travel Solutions to promote and sell Expedia Affiliate Network properties directly to travel agents. Worked closely with the Expedia team to understand the size of the opportunity, develop revenue projection models based on live data, and worked closely with their strategic partners to ensure that all parties were getting the most value out of the relationship. Responsible for the day to day operational concerns and developed marketing programs to increase hotel bookings. Proved the revenue potential of the channel, layed the foundation for success and passed the operation to Expedia's existing Business As Usual team.
