Also liaise with functional leaders such as Sales and Marketing BU Heads, Medical, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Health Policy & Market Access for all matters of 3 divisions (Biopharma, Consumer Health, Life Sciences). * Some of the projects and achievements; - Set up and implementation of HR Systems from scratch in comply with global tools and procedures. - Establishment of 2 Divisions (Life Sciences & Consumer Health) in Turkey. - Outsourcing Projects (Nursing Team, Sales Teams)
