I work at the point where law meets real-world AI systems and data use. I’m a data privacy and AI governance lawyer with an LL.M. in FinTech Law, advising on how legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations apply in practice, not just in theory. As Principal Consultant at Libra Sentinel, my work focuses on how data and AI systems are actually built, deployed, and governed, and where existing legal frameworks succeed or fail in controlling them. This includes: Data collection, use, sharing, and cross-border transfers under applicable privacy laws Pre-deployment assessment of AI systems for legal and regulatory risk Technology and AI contract design, including risk allocation and liability Regulatory exposure, enforcement response, and emerging disputes Analysis of how courts and regulators apply law to AI and data-related harms A core part of my work is examining how law operates in real-world systems. This means looking at: where control actually sits in AI systems how liability is assigned (and often misaligned) what regulators are able to see vs what remains hidden how design, deployment, and data flows shape legal outcomes I also run the Libra Sentinel Research Internship, a structured program focused on analyzing real-world AI litigation and data privacy enforcement. The program trains lawyers to move beyond summaries and develop a clear, repeatable method of legal analysis: identifying legal issues, understanding outcomes, and extracting what cases show in practice and where gaps remain. Alongside advisory work, I publish ongoing analysis across AI governance, literacy, litigation, contracts, data privacy, security failures, and AI economics — building a structured view of how risk moves across systems, not just individual technologies.
