He has lead product management, pricing & packaging, marketing, finance, operations & software engineering teams in an agile environment for more than a decade. During this time, Gavin has launched six successful products taking them from an idea to revenue generation. While managing the roadmaps of a wide product portfolio, his products fueled growth leading to private equity investment, acquisitions, and exits to both Vista Equity Group and JMI. Gavin has obtained certifications from Pragmatic Marketing (PMC Level IV) and Private Directors Association.

Our secure online environment reduces the cost of closing commercial and niche transactions by providing a faster, more efficient way to gather and manage the information, documents, and participants involved in the process. At LendingStandard, I lead the Finance (day to day, forecasts & financial modeling), Talent Management & Acquisition teams as well as any other general operations functions needed by a funded startup.
I founded Depth to provide a 'future proof' superset of genetic screening services; the premise was to provide affordable, whole-genome sequencing that would allow customers to avoid expensive one-off screening tests in the future. I love to talk about why this idea failed, and the journey. Depth Genomics provides cutting edge genomic services to direct care or 'concierge' doctors who want to grow their practice, retain more patients, and increase profitability. Our unique model allows for virtually unlimited genomic exploration and screening for all patients at an affordable price.
