I am an experienced Real Estate Agent with 10 years in the Auckland residential industry. Combined with a 23 year Police career, specializing in Community relations, Crime prevention on the front line level & problem solving on the front line level. I have strong leadership and Negotiation ability with proven experience in Sales, Communications, Team Building, and professional public speaking. I have managed Rugby teams at Club level, National representative level and International level with the Takapuna RFC premiers, North Harbour 2nd XV and the North Harbour 7's squad. Ive also been on the management team for NZ Metro on 9 occasions to the Hong Kong 10's and the Kenya Safaricom 7's. All these teams have tasted success over this tenure. This has sharpened my skill in the logistics, planning and people management areas. Im a people person with a wide background of life skills that would benefit any organisation.
