Here I worked for Citi Bank in Belfast Northern Ireland within their IPB team. Operations Analyst at a leading global financial services company Citi, operating within the Income Processing department who are an integral part of Markets Operations. Duties consist of: • Effective and efficient daily reconciliation of high volumes of dividend events for prime clients • Investigation, resolution and narration of payable and receivable breaks within internal deadlines • The investigation and remediation of client queries • Identification and prioritisation of high risk items • Minimising losses and errors by ensuring consistent high standards, processes and controls • Adhering to Control and Compliance requirements • Interacting closely with the Client base, trading floor, financial control,corporate actions, tax operations as well as the other operations departments located globally • Repo processing and proxy voting
