Continued assisted Dr. Kyrstyn Moon and Dr. Eleanor Breen in the transcription and research of a Work Progress Administration birth records list for Alexandria. This list contains African American names dating back to pre 1853 and I was tasked with preserving their names and mapping out their lives.
Assisted educators in a variety of rolls Led small groups in order to ensure that students understood the lesson and completed their work. Overlooked classrooms while teachers stepped out to perform tasks, ensured students remained on task and behaved. Passed out papers, helped decorate classrooms, and other general admistrative tasks.
Assisted in the transcription and collection of information for the Research of Work Progress Administration list of Alexandria birth records pre 1853 for African Americans.
Assisted students that came to the History and American studies department, scanned and copied papers, ran general errands for professors, assisted professors in their research.
