Recently worked as a Department Manager at Decathlon Belgium, my position entailed several responsibilities. In charge of a team, I supervised its recruitment, development, and management. Besides, I designed and delivered my department commercial approach based on market analysis and I ensure that stocks are accurate. Finally, I developed and dynamized my business by implementing commercial actions, ensuring the quality of the layout, interacting with customers, and managing the department profit and loss statement.
