E2E System Integration Test Engineer for an IIoT Edge Computing solution. The system consists of Edge applications deployed on an Edge device, which collect data from field devices (PLC, sensors, drives...). This data is computed on the Edge side and can be used for alerting, visualization, or sent to a Cloud infrastructure for further analysis. The Edge device and applications are managed by a Kubernetes-based manager, which can be deployed either on Premise or on Cloud. Details of my missions: - Developing test plans and test cases, preparing the test environment, executing tests, and writing test reports. - Writing and executing automated test cases using JavaScript. - Conducting product-level and system-level testing. - Coordinating with Product Owners and technical leaders for backlog and use case refinement. - Collaborating with other system testing teams for support and training. - Performing functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, endurance). - Working in Linux environments (Ubuntu, Yocto-based distribution). - Utilizing communication protocols (MQTT, SSH, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, Modbus, OPC UA). - Managing containerized applications with Docker. - Using Jira and GitHub for project management and version control. - Operating in international and SAFe environments. - Conducting system demos for customers.
System Validation Test Engineer for an IIoT Cloud Computing solution. The system is centered around a Cloud infrastructure (running on Microsoft Azure), featuring a data lake and a Cloud advisor for storage, computing, analytics, and visualization. Data collected from field devices (PLC, sensors, drives, etc.) is transmitted to the cloud for processing. The processed data is then returned to the Edge device to optimize industrial processes. Details of my missions: - Conducting system-level testing focused on the communication between the Cloud infrastructure and the Edge devices - Developing test plans and test cases, preparing the test environment, executing tests, and writing test reports. - Coordinating with Product Owners, technical leaders and R&D testing teams for backlog and use case refinement. - Performing functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, endurance). - Operating in international and SAFe environments. - Conducting system demos for internal teams.
Creation of a model of the pressure distribution in the tire / road contact area for driving simulator (Python) Michelin is a world leader in tire manufacturing. I joined a team working on tire modeling at the Clermont-Ferrand R&D center. The internship focused on improving the modeling of the tire / ground contact area of driving simulators. The result of this internship was the creation of a model of the lateral pressure distribution in the tire / road contact area. Details of my missions: - Study of tire mechanics - Analysis of results of pressure measurement experiments in the contact area - Analysis of finite element calculation results - Identification of trends in experimental data - Creation of a mathematical model aimed at reproducing the trends observed on the experimental data - Comparison of the model created with the experimental data Technical environment: Python (Matplotlib, Numpy, Pandas)
