I lead a team of Microsoft Technical Trainers who help people and organizations build real, durable skills in AI, Security, and the Microsoft Cloud. My job is to grow great trainers and make sure what they deliver actually changes how people work and not just what they know. Most of my energy today goes into AI skilling: Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and new features that give individuals and our customers the confidence to adopt AI responsibly. Whether it's a free global learning journey reaching thousands, a public-sector webinar on Copilot, or a trainer prepping a conference session, the goal is the same: practical, real-world skills people can use the next day. After more than a decade across DevOps, cloud, and digital transformation in both the public and private sectors, I have come to care less about output and more about judgment. AI is making that distinction unavoidable: when work can be produced faster than ever, what differentiates us is decision-making, ethics, and our ability to develop the people around us. I try to lead that way, creating the psychological safety for people to ask for help, grow their judgment, and do their best work as humans, not just as resources. I am a frequent speaker and presenter on AI, Copilot, technical coaching, and the future of work, and I am always glad to connect with people thinking about skilling, leadership, and how we build a more capable, more human workforce. Open to leadership opportunities where I can scale people, skills, and impact. Let's grow and learn together.
