My background is deeply rooted in data and analytics, including the design and evolution of data platforms, information architectures and analytics capabilities in complex, international environments. This technical foundation is central to how I approach transformation. Over time, my roles have expanded toward operating model design, governance and large-scale execution, where aligning strategy, investment and delivery across business and technology becomes critical. Data and AI are key components of this work, not as standalone topics but as enablers of how decisions are made and how execution is driven across organizations. This also extends to executive level, where alignment between strategy, investment and outcomes becomes essential.
- Led a global Data & Analytics capability across 50+ markets, covering data engineering, architecture and BI, with 30+ internal and 150+ external resources. - Responsible for shaping the global data and analytics landscape, including platforms architecture and capabilities, while structuring the operating model, governance and partner ecosystem to align with business priorities at scale.
- Led the transformation of a 120-person global Data & Analytics organization as part of a broader IT transformation. - Refined and implemented the target operating model, structuring roles, governance and prioritization processes to align business and technology and enable scalable execution at global level.
- Built and led a Transformation Office, designing a company-wide system to structure governance, prioritization and execution across a 500-person organization. - Aligned strategy, investment decisions and delivery through executive-level steering and portfolio management of 100+ initiatives.
- Delivered BI and analytics solutions for large clients across telecom, finance and retail in Sweden. - Led end-to-end project delivery, from business requirements to implementation, ensuring alignment between data solutions and business needs.
