Nero Renewables NV is the Special Purpose Vehicle dedicated to the financing and implementation of the Nero 1 GW on shore wind project, consisting in the erection of circa 160 wind turbines in South-East Romania. The project was sold to a specialized investment fund in 2020 and financial close was reached for 50% of the total capacity in June 2024. The second half will follow in 2026.
